Vendor Registration

As part of your vendor registration, please note that the following factors will be assessed. During the prequalification process, you will be asked to provide supporting evidence accordingly.

A robust HSEQ system is demonstrated within your organization's practices, with clear procedures for emergency preparedness and effective incident management processes.

There has been documented management of change processes to ensure safe and consistent operations, with compliance to technical requirements relevant to the goods and/or services offered.

Your organization has outlined environmental and regulatory compliance through management practices in alignment with applicable standards and frameworks.

You will be able to provide evidence of personnel training and competency, in the form of verifiable qualifications and certifications of technical and supervisory staff.

Your organization is in compliance with the FCPA, U.K. Bribery Act, and all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.

Your organization is not listed on any sanctions or watchlist administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom (including HM Treasury), or the United States (including the Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Bureau of Industry and Security, or the Department of State).
